Infrastructure
Our infrastructural base includes various essential sections that facilitate in the smooth and effective functioning of the business. The warehouse, quality control lab, technologically advanced machineries, etc. are inevitable parts of our success that we are enjoying today.
- Factory :
Warehouse
We have a spacious warehouse that is extended in an area of 7200 Sft that is competent to store finished goods up to 800Mts. Moreover, the warehouse is internally divided into various sections that facilitated in the storing of finished goods at a place and easy delivery to the respective customers.
Transportation
We have a well connected mode of transportation that is 50 Km from Visakhapatnam and airport. Thus, the transportation route connects NH-43 to one of the busiest route to NH-5. Moreover, this route has also helped in the enhancement of the client list.
We have, with us, a huge network of clients that is spread in every nook and corner of Middle East, Far East, Europe etc. To serve the products as per the demand and requirement of the customers, we undertake the processing of canned food on specific requirements from buyers. Moreover, we are also looking forward to the concrete and frequent feedbacks of the customers as these help us in bringing innovations in the products and procedures. Last but not the least, we are also striving to provide crystal clear and advantageous deals in the upcoming years.
Procurement
Top quality is observed by inspection at every stage right from the procurement . Immature, blemished and curled fruits are rejected at the procurement stage itself. Fruit is transported at night at cold temperature. All care is taken while unloading the fruit. To get natural purity of product, the sprays and solutions are avoided while ripening.
Quality supervisors check the quality of the ripe fruit before sending for processing. All the raw materials, packing materials, laboratory and other chemicals are specified in detail to the suppliers and the quality of the material is checked on arrival in the laboratory by qualified technicians, before issuing to the production department.
Ripening Sheds
Ripening sheds covering 24000Sft are built up, where the procured fruits and vegetables are unloaded under trained supervisors to avoid damage during unloading. Fruits are continuously monitored for ripening by grading the fruit at regular intervals. The ripe fruit is sent for processing without any delay.
Lab
We are equipped with in house Lab with latest equipment to check the quality of product and The parameters of quality are observed right from the Pulp / Pulp / Pureeing of the fruit to the final filling stage. Only desired quality of product is passed by the Quality Control department, before filling the product in cans.
Godown
An extent of 7200Sft is occupied by Godown, where finished stocks upto 800Mts can be stored.
